I LOVE this place! Great cakes and ice cream. The only reason I took away a star is because I knew they were out of product (due to a water problem) so I called via whatsapp and left a message waited 2 days with mo response. Definitely recommend!!

Patsy's coffeeshop is located in Negril and the drive from Montego Bay was worth it. From the front you wouldn't expect to see such a nice indoor eating area and the outdoor seating is just amazing. I had the Jamaican breakfast very tasty and a generous serving. They have all the barista coffees to choose from I had the Cappuccino and I must say it was perfect because I love a well made barista creation. Lots of baked goodies and ice cream. Also hard liquor is available.

The place is literally on the beach and it’s very cool to be able to sit right on it and have food.We came on a cloudy day, and it was really great.The food is very good. Had Ackee and omlette. Ackee comes with salt fish - probably not for everyone’s palette.We had cake too, but it was okay.

Great spot. Coffee, breakfast and service were excellent. View of the ocean and surrounding area was fantastic. A little bit of a walk from where we're staying but well worth it. Highly recommended.

Such a cute coffee shop! And good prices too. We had some awesome affogato’s and came back later for ice cream. They have a nice deck to hang out on and enjoy your treat.

Very nice to sit out the back by the sea and watch the birds diving into the water to catch fish. Prices are on the high side with a simple breakfast more expensive than UK but the location is great and so is the food. Been a few times and will go again. Update...I was not a great fan of ackie and saltfish but Patsies did the best that I have tasted. Delicious

We had breakfast there with a very nice view (waffles and omelet). The sun tea was really delicious. We even stopped by again on the same day and ordered an ice cream cafe with cake, both of which also tasted very good. The only drawback was the cashier at the front of the coffee machine, who seemed very annoyed. Everyone else was very friendly.

We had the lobster omelet that came with hash browns and toast and the fresh fruit waffle and fried dumpings and sun tea, the food was amazing. Only to be out done by the view and service!

Must come. Good coffee. Strong. Milkshake was thick and not too sweet. They have ice cream, breakfast and ganja foods. They also have ganja milkshake like $20 lol cakes and other sweets. See the pictures for menu. We had oreo milkshake, ice coffee and fruit plate.

Walked over after eating an incredible meal at Chicken Lavish. Enjoyed authentic Jamaican fruit cake and a large portion of chocolate fudge ice cream in a fresh waffle cone. Stunning view of the sea on the back patio. A cool, quiet indoor space and front porch, too.

Amazing coffee, icecream and edibles. Although we didn't try the edibles, judging by the quality of the other items can only surmise that they are equally good. Staff is very helpful and go out of their way to have a pleasant experience. Location is awesome and you can spend an hour or two chilling and enjoying the goods.

Absolutely amazing view of the ocean and great atmosphere. The food is made fresh to order with prestine presentation. The mean it can a bit of time for the food to come out which is fine as u soak out views of the ocean. The ice coffee and latte was delicious and made to my liking. The food was delicious and flavorful with moderate portion size. The achee and saltfish was a bit salty but palatable. Every else was fresh and flavorful. I'm excited to return for the dinner and lunch menu. I got 3 (bottle water only) water 2 coffe and 4 dishes and it came out to 8,900 ja about $60. Item are about 1500-2500 ja

They were renovating I think the day when we went but the food was still amazing. Best food experience I had in Negril the whole week. Wish I had gone there more during my stay. Our server was pleasant and food came out in a decent time.

Terry likes to make sure his guests have the best experience at this amazing ice cream shop. They have a full menu again in 2023. I have beeb visiting Terry, and now his sister, since 2018. He actually got a waffle maker in last year after the pandemic, so I could have waffles and ice cream. That is how amazing their service is. This year, their full menu is BACK! Shakes, waffle cones, coffee, and breakfast, oh my! Remember, if water is running low, they may not be able to pull a cup of coffee for you. Just relax and have some caffinated sun tea instead.

Patsy’s Coffee Shop in Negril is an absolute gem. Stellar service and breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean, mountains, and Seven Mile Beach make it a unique spot. The breakfast here is fantastic, a perfect blend of flavor and presentation. A must-visit for anyone in the area!

Very chill vibe with patio seating right on the cliff! Feel the mist of the waves as you enjoy the reggae jams and light up a spliff with your coffee & a good book! We had coffee milkshakes 10/10 recommend

Came across this amazing little place, Patsy's Coffee Shop yesterday. Absolute coolest people we've met in Negril. One of the owners, Terry, is a really great, hilarious guy. Julia gave amazing service and was such a sweetheart to talk to. They were so welcoming from the moment we walked in!Stop in and ask them the story of how it got its name.... it will make you love it even more.We've been twice, and will make sure it's our last stop on the way out! (Probably at least once a day, honestly)Absolutely a MUST! Whether you want breakfast, lunch, ice cream, coffee, or a drink…they’ve got it! And the view from the back deck is gorgeous!

We fell in love with Patsy’s while staying in Negril. The coffee and the breakfast was incredible, all compliments to the chef! The employees were so warm and welcoming. If you are ever visiting Negril, going to Patsy’s Coffeeshop is a must.

This is a must. IT IS A MUST!It’s a small, quaint unassuming cafe. It has the charm of a Greek restaurant as well. The coffee is superb, and a large is actually large!We had the cappuccino with hazelnut syrup that was to die for. It absolutely hit the spot when it comes to wanting something warm and sweet in your belly.The affogato was was the perfect combination of espresso and ice cream. Basically, it was the best way to live out your dreams as a kid desiring to have ice cream for breakfast.The vegetarian omelette was mostly callaloo with a little American cheese. Not too heavy on the cheese, which makes it delightful. But the potatoes are the star 🤩The onions and sweet peppers were perfectly caramelised, the crisp of the potato was just crunchy enough for that nice texture without compromising the light and fluffiness interior. The jam as well to add to the buttered toast sealed the deal.All in all, excellent food, lovely service, and listening to and watching the waves crash right in front of you makes this spot a “have to come back”!

Found by chance on Google maps, because we wanted a milkshake and in Negril it seems almost impossible to find an ice cream shop, we came here and it did not disappoint our expectations. Very basic restaurant with terrace overlooking the sea. Advised.

I had the privilege to meet Mr Terry, his presence is amazing. The ladies are welcoming and friendly, the food taste amazing, ( the ice cream and cake got me hooked). My friends enjoyed their meals. Our favorite coffee shop in Negril. We love the flavors of ice cream they offer. The cakes are delicious, especially the rum cake. The shaded seaside seating off the back of the shop is such a nice place to chill for a spell. The staff here is super kind. Yhe have a full breakfast & lunch menu, but we just stick with the coffee, ice cream & desserts...Its right across the street from Chicken Lavish...sonyhisbisbwhere we go for dessert afterward.

We went there for cake and ice cream. Patsy has a large selection of both. The cakes were good and fresh. Also, the ice cream was fresh & creamy. We enjoyed both.There is a nice seating area over looking the water.The price was reasonable compared to the overprice of so many other places in Negril.The clerk was nice & friendly.Will definitely go again.

We had the privilege of visiting Patsy's a couple weeks ago. We tried all kinds of food (eggs and waffles, bammy bread, pastries, etc.) and espresso drinks, which put a big smile on our face - but our smiles were outmatched by those of the wonderful girls in the shop! We highly recommend stopping in to this shop. Great food, great drinks, great service, great people.

Patsy's has a great view of the ocean and 7 Mile Beach (from a long distance). The coffee was tasty, my partner and I both had iced espresso drinks. We were told by the staff there that they would come to take our order but after waiting over ten minutes I decided to go in to order. Not a big deal, they were nice, just busy and a little scattered.The large fruit plate was not great value in my opinion. 3 slices of papaya, 4 slices of pineapple and 2 bananas for $9USD.We don't know much about the rest of the menu but the coffee and the view made it a great stop for us.

When I first went to Patsys it was ice cream, cake and drinks. I am now totally in love with the fact that you can have great breakfasts and lunches here as well.Now, don’t worry. They serve Devon House ice cream and it’s my all time favourite on the island. Grape nuts and coffee flavours especially but I love the sandwiches too. Frozen drinks always make me happy and sitting out back and watching the waves is so chill and peaceful.
