Price is good, like $900 for cheesecake. Milkshake, cake and ice cream tasted amazing. Went at night and the view was gorgeous sitting by the water. Staff was friendly and helpful and the music and atmosphere was great overall.

Patsy’s Coffee and Ice shop has the best coffee and Ice cream in Negril, I bring 95% of my guests there on my way to Rick’s Cafe. It’s a nice place to relax and unwind after a long day of excitement, it sit on the side of the sea, so you can watch the Catamaran passing by🫶🙏🏽10/10 for me🫶🇯🇲🥂

I went to this restaurant for breakfast and had an omelet with toast and a Greek frappe. The food was fresh, portion size was decent, but they didn’t have porridge or any fruit. Great view and breeze from the patio seating.

Lovely little cafe with lovely views. Decent coffee. A nice menu of omelettes, pancakes and waffles, fruit and porridge. Huge range of cakes. But over an hour to receive breakfast when there was one other couple? We were in the verge of leaving when I it order magically appeared. Don’t go if you have plans.

Great coffee and tremendous views off the porch! Then enjoyable breakfast to top it off, highly recommend! They also educated me on where I could find real, fresh Ackee and saltfish since many places are canned right now.

Awesome coffee and food is excellent as well! Local Jamaican owned business and service is quick + gracious. I have been to the island before and I walk half a mile from my resort to be here. They have delicious ice cream as well. A must visit if you're staying in Negril area!

Quite possibly the best waffle I've ever had. Eating a waffle while looking out on the ocean probably helps, but it was just the right balance of crunchy and fluffy. The waffles come with Lurpak butter and syrup. I also had a delicious cappuccino made on an Italian coffee machine. Card accepted.

Patsy's was the highlight of our recent trip to Negril. The service was excellent, always with a smile and light conversation and the food is fantastic. (We tried breakfast and lunches). I had a peanut butter milkshake every single lunch time. It's magic. It's a great place just to chill and enjoy. My husband and I enjoyed the sea breeze and sun while reading good books on our Kindles and never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Don't miss out on visiting this gem if you are in Negril.

We stayed next door to Patsy's at Doc's so we frequently went to Patsy's for coffee or ice cream. Even when we moved house to a 7 mile hotel we always stopped at Patsy's on the way to West end. The staff was always very friendly and gave us "insider" info on the best places to hit up while we were in Negril. Patsy's has a great atmosphere and vibe. Truly a gem and worth a visit no matter where you are staying in Negril.

Loved my infused treat. I supported Patsy’s after visiting post hurricane Beryl! Unfortunately, Patsys was without a few menu items due to the damage they sustained. Despite it all, their customer service was top tier and they were very pleasant and helpful. We are wishing them a speedy clean up and recovery! And hope to go again the next time we visit Jamaica.

Patsy’s Cafe was nothing short of fantastic for my family. The morning smoothies were blended to perfection, and the iced coffee was just the right amount of sweet, exactly how I like it. The food was incredibly delicious, making me eager to return for breakfast tomorrow, despite our plan to try a new place for every meal. The view was breathtaking, and the staff made the experience even better with their fun, professional, and helpful demeanor. Highly recommend!

Patsy's coffeeshop is located in Negril and the drive from Montego Bay was worth it. From the front you wouldn't expect to see such a nice indoor eating area and the outdoor seating is just amazing. I had the Jamaican breakfast very tasty and a generous serving. They have all the barista coffees to choose from I had the Cappuccino and I must say it was perfect because I love a well made barista creation. Lots of baked goodies and ice cream. Also hard liquor is available.

The place is literally on the beach and it’s very cool to be able to sit right on it and have food. We came on a cloudy day, and it was really great. The food is very good. Had Ackee and omlette. Ackee comes with salt fish - probably not for everyone’s palette. We had cake too, but it was okay.

Very nice to sit out the back by the sea and watch the birds diving into the water to catch fish. Prices are on the high side with a simple breakfast more expensive than UK but the location is great and so is the food. Been a few times and will go again. Update...I was not a great fan of ackie and saltfish but Patsies did the best that I have tasted. Delicious

We had breakfast there with a very nice view (waffles and omelet). The sun tea was really delicious. We even stopped by again on the same day and ordered an ice cream cafe with cake, both of which also tasted very good. The only drawback was the cashier at the front of the coffee machine, who seemed very annoyed. Everyone else was very friendly.

Amazing coffee, icecream and edibles. Although we didn't try the edibles, judging by the quality of the other items can only surmise that they are equally good. Staff is very helpful and go out of their way to have a pleasant experience. Location is awesome and you can spend an hour or two chilling and enjoying the goods.

Absolutely amazing view of the ocean and great atmosphere. The food is made fresh to order with prestine presentation. The mean it can a bit of time for the food to come out which is fine as u soak out views of the ocean. The ice coffee and latte was delicious and made to my liking. The food was delicious and flavorful with moderate portion size. The achee and saltfish was a bit salty but palatable. Every else was fresh and flavorful. I'm excited to return for the dinner and lunch menu. I got 3 (bottle water only) water 2 coffe and 4 dishes and it came out to 8,900 ja about $60. Item are about 1500-2500 ja

Terry likes to make sure his guests have the best experience at this amazing ice cream shop. They have a full menu again in 2023. I have beeb visiting Terry, and now his sister, since 2018. He actually got a waffle maker in last year after the pandemic, so I could have waffles and ice cream. That is how amazing their service is. This year, their full menu is BACK! Shakes, waffle cones, coffee, and breakfast, oh my! Remember, if water is running low, they may not be able to pull a cup of coffee for you. Just relax and have some caffinated sun tea instead.

Came across this amazing little place, Patsy's Coffee Shop yesterday. Absolute coolest people we've met in Negril. One of the owners, Terry, is a really great, hilarious guy. Julia gave amazing service and was such a sweetheart to talk to. They were so welcoming from the moment we walked in! Stop in and ask them the story of how it got its name.... it will make you love it even more. We've been twice, and will make sure it's our last stop on the way out! (Probably at least once a day, honestly) Absolutely a MUST! Whether you want breakfast, lunch, ice cream, coffee, or a drink…they’ve got it! And the view from the back deck is gorgeous!

This is a must. IT IS A MUST! It’s a small, quaint unassuming cafe. It has the charm of a Greek restaurant as well. The coffee is superb, and a large is actually large! We had the cappuccino with hazelnut syrup that was to die for. It absolutely hit the spot when it comes to wanting something warm and sweet in your belly. The affogato was was the perfect combination of espresso and ice cream. Basically, it was the best way to live out your dreams as a kid desiring to have ice cream for breakfast. The vegetarian omelette was mostly callaloo with a little American cheese. Not too heavy on the cheese, which makes it delightful. But the potatoes are the star 🤩 The onions and sweet peppers were perfectly caramelised, the crisp of the potato was just crunchy enough for that nice texture without compromising the light and fluffiness interior. The jam as well to add to the buttered toast sealed the deal. All in all, excellent food, lovely service, and listening to and watching the waves crash right in front of you makes this spot a “have to come back”!

We went there for cake and ice cream. Patsy has a large selection of both. The cakes were good and fresh. Also, the ice cream was fresh & creamy. We enjoyed both. There is a nice seating area over looking the water. The price was reasonable compared to the overprice of so many other places in Negril. The clerk was nice & friendly. Will definitely go again.

We had the privilege of visiting Patsy's a couple weeks ago. We tried all kinds of food (eggs and waffles, bammy bread, pastries, etc.) and espresso drinks, which put a big smile on our face - but our smiles were outmatched by those of the wonderful girls in the shop! We highly recommend stopping in to this shop. Great food, great drinks, great service, great people.

Patsy's has a great view of the ocean and 7 Mile Beach (from a long distance). The coffee was tasty, my partner and I both had iced espresso drinks. We were told by the staff there that they would come to take our order but after waiting over ten minutes I decided to go in to order. Not a big deal, they were nice, just busy and a little scattered. The large fruit plate was not great value in my opinion. 3 slices of papaya, 4 slices of pineapple and 2 bananas for $9USD. We don't know much about the rest of the menu but the coffee and the view made it a great stop for us.

When I first went to Patsys it was ice cream, cake and drinks. I am now totally in love with the fact that you can have great breakfasts and lunches here as well. Now, don’t worry. They serve Devon House ice cream and it’s my all time favourite on the island. Grape nuts and coffee flavours especially but I love the sandwiches too. Frozen drinks always make me happy and sitting out back and watching the waves is so chill and peaceful.
