If you're in Negril and celebrating a Birthday this is your spot to order a beautiful and tasty cake. We were hunting... for a bakery or grocer that sold cakes. God blessed us we stopped for coffee and found this shop. The staff was helpful and courteous and last minute they filled my order and the Owner dropped off the cake to our location. The cake was good and my friend celebrated her Birthday in Style in Paradise. Thank you for making her day special and ensuring we made our event on time.read more

Sure it's a bummer that they're not currently serving food, we miss the waffles after 3 years away. But the ice cream... is delicious, and the view is always amazing. They'll be back to serving regular food at some point, Covid wreaked havoc with everyone. Be kind!read more

The scenery is breathtaking. Delicious coffee. Yummy food. We found this thanks to my parents watching THROP on... YouTube. Patsys didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious. Some of the best ackee we had in Jamaica. The coffee was also delicious. But the view is what made everything magical. You’re literally just watching the open in the shade. We were on island time and it was a great feeling. The ice cream was good, but I preferred the breakfast and coffee more. I highly recommend!read more

That’s what patsy’s provide.The menu has a lot of great options from... breakfast to dinner and desert and not to mention how the coffee is excellent.If you don’t mind getting a little wet, sit outside and watch the waves crash while enjoying the view and your meal.The service was excellent and the property clean, definitely excited to visit again.read more

Disappointed given the high ratings on Google and the high prices. The service was friendly and it has a beautiful view... over the bay. However, the latte was ok, but the ice cream was with artificial flavours and full of ice particles so not very creamy. The banana bread, sandwich and waffle were quite average.read more

Patsy's Coffeeshop. Located just across the west end road from Chicken Lavish. Main item is desserts including ice... cream cakes waffles shakes cappuccino and coffee. Patsy's offers a cool local vibe with a great scenic patio that has once of the best view of the 7 mile beach on the west end. The staff is friendly. The place is tidy and clean. If you want a place to escape and unwind while reading a book or having a beer this is the place to go. Located on west... end road towards Rick's cafe it is a little hard to get to for tourists if staying in Negril or on 7 mile beach. But it is well worth it for the scenery and the vibe. Overlooking the sea on the Iron shore cliffs they have a wonderful selection of food and beverage. Staff are lovely. I recommend the waffles and wash it down with a dirty banana!!read more

What can I say about Patsy's that hasn't already been said? While my grandchildren were visiting, Patsy's was expected... at the end of every meal! The kids loved the assorted flavors of ice cream and an occasional piece of cake thrown in but they especially love sitting out on the back patio looking for tiny eels in the sea. This place is super cute and you could never tell from the street the cool spot that is around back. Pick your... favourite ice cream from the choice of 8 and have wickedly large scoops or turn it into a milkshake. Add Ganja to your shake? No problem! Very nice to sit out the back by the sea and watch the birds diving into the water to catch fish. Chairs outside are... not very comfortable though.
