Patsy's has a great view of the ocean and 7 Mile Beach (from a long distance). The coffee was tasty, my partner and I both had iced espresso drinks. We were told by the staff there that they would come to take our order but after waiting over ten minutes I decided to go in to order. Not a big deal, they were nice, just busy and a little scattered.The large fruit plate was not great value in my opinion. 3 slices of papaya, 4 slices of pineapple and 2 bananas for $9USD.We don't know much about the rest of the menu but the coffee and the view made it a great stop for us.

When I first went to Patsys it was ice cream, cake and drinks. I am now totally in love with the fact that you can have great breakfasts and lunches here as well.Now, don’t worry. They serve Devon House ice cream and it’s my all time favourite on the island. Grape nuts and coffee flavours especially but I love the sandwiches too. Frozen drinks always make me happy and sitting out back and watching the waves is so chill and peaceful.

Terry likes to make sure his guest have the best experience at this amazing ice cream shop. They plan to bring back other food in 2023, so be on the look out for amazing waffles again soon. Terry actually got a waffle maker in, so u could have waffles and ice cream. That us how amazing their service is.

We really enjoyed the food, the people and the view for our breakfast at Patsy's. I wanted to try the Jamaican breakfast which was flavorful and nourishing!

Great spot for coffee, pastries and ice cream. We stopped by to get some rum and raisin ice cream. I have to warn you that they use real rum and it’s a bit strong!Head over inside and get amazing views of the seas while you enjoy your cold scoop!

The scenery is breathtaking. Delicious coffee. Yummy food. We found this thanks to my parents watching THROP on YouTube. Patsys didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious. Some of the best ackee we had in Jamaica. The coffee was also delicious. But the view is what made everything magical. You’re literally just watching the open in the shade. We were on island time and it was a great feeling. The ice cream was good, but I preferred the breakfast and coffee more. I highly recommend!

If you're in Negril and celebrating a Birthday this is your spot to order a beautiful and tasty cake. We were hunting... for a bakery or grocer that sold cakes. God blessed us we stopped for coffee and found this shop. The staff was helpful and courteous and last minute they filled my order and the Owner dropped off the cake to our location.
